As Account Manager Trade Marketing at The&Partnership Germany, I managed Lexus Germany and Austria, delivering national and regional campaigns across digital, print, OOH, radio, and POS. My role covered the full scope:
Campaign management – from planning to execution of national launches (e.g. Lexus LBX) and brand activations.
Trade marketing & dealer support – developing tailored solutions under high time pressure while maintaining brand consistency.
Creative coordination – leading layout approvals, adapting brand identity for local needs, and ensuring quality across all deliverables.
Cross-functional collaboration – aligning stakeholders across creative, media (moccamedia & GroupM), production, and digital (Valtech).
Financial responsibility – budgeting, controlling, project reporting, and vendor management.
This work contributed to measurable success, including record growth for Lexus Germany in 2024 (+75% new registrations). My ability to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution has been consistently recognized as highly reliable, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
