For PENAC GREAT BRITAIN, the licensed distributor of Japan’s premium stationery brand PENAC, I supported the brand’s growth in the UK market through brand-building, sales and marketing strategy, newsletter setup, content production, research, and the design of seasonal lookbooks.

The goal is to strengthen brand visibility and retailer engagement across the UK. Through consistent e-mail marketing, curated content, and redefining a strong visual identity, the brand achieved broader awareness and a more professional presence in the market.

The lookbooks I created combine Japanese craftsmanship with a refined British aesthetic, translating the brand’s heritage into a modern, tactile storytelling format.

Result: expanded retailer reach, increased brand recognition, and a cohesive premium positioning within the UK stationery landscape.
